Look....I'm trying.....finally have the pier open....the grill is open.....and most of the staff is back.....I am waiting on the new computer so that it wont be so hard to update.....Life has been a bit complicated lately....and finally things are slowing down....and did I mention that our kids are on spring break....do you know what its like sharing space with a bunch of youngens......now the phone isn't working.....Please be patient a bit longer.....This page is under construction....and I will update....normally I would say call and ask what the fish are doing.....this to will pass......
5/1.....Its Finally May....The Large chopper blues have showed up.....the guys have done great out there today.....they did real well with the smaller blues and spanish yesterday.....the wind hasn't been right for the mullet lately.....the water is warming up we have started seeing flounder, pompano, and sheepshead....the week looks good.....remember mom's walk free next Sunday on Mother's Day....come on out and say hi
5/9......Lots and lots of Spanish today......they were limiting out on the spanish today....where are you....
5/11....Will Rivenbark caught a king this morning weighing in at 15 lbs.....Congrats to him on the first king of the 2011 fishing season.....it was pretty windy today....not as many blues and spanish as we had been catching....the king guys caught some choppers early in the afternoon.....saw some spots and mullet caught out there off and on today also.....over all not a bad day
5/15....Lots and Lots of big chopper blues....even bringing them in two at a time on the king rigs.....some spanish and smaller blues....but the bigger blues are running the smaller fish off.....seeing a few small spots mixed in the bunch....
5/17....Still seeing the chopper blues....I think the guys have caught all they want of them for a while.....not hearing of a whole lot of other stuff right now....just added a new page....Tournament information.....check it out
5/23.....There was a good crowd around this weekend.....still seeing the spanish and blues.....but of course some days are better than others......there are still lots of chopper blues out there....they keep running all the smaller stuff off.....we did see a large assortment of bottom fish over the weekend just not alot of any one thing.....

6/10.... Registration has started for the kids fishing Competition and Celebration.....stop by the pier and get registered.....seeing a few blues and the occasional spanish on the end......seeing a few spots and mullet at night

6/13......Still seeing the occasional spanish and blue......things are slow out on the end......bait is hard to catch....water is muddy.....seeing a few spots and mullet though out the day.....a few more after dark....with the occasional this and that mixed in.......

6/19.....We have about 80 kids so far registered for the Fishing Competition scheduled in 2 weeks.....things are looking good so far.....As for fishing....things are still slowish....more like the fisherman are moving slowish....seeing a few spots mostly after dark....and the occasional blue and spanish early.....water has been dirty.....it almost rained Saturday...it fell for about 5 mins and 10 mins later everything was dry again....
6/20.....wind is calm blowing out of the nw at about 6.....things are still slow.....the air temp is about 100 in the shade on the back porch.....come out and visit us later for icecream when it cools off.....bring a fishing pole incase the fish start biting....
