There are so many people to be thankful for who help make this tournament possible  I want to thank all the Volunteers.  There are just so many of them that I am afraid if I tried to mention them all by name I would forget someone, and each one of them is special.  Some of our Volunteers show up year after year and some just see the call for help and show up for the first time ever. (Stephanie you are a Rockstar) Some Volunteers you see and others you do not because they do what needs to be done so quietly, behind the scenes, to make the day seem almost effortless.   Like the ones I wish to say thank you to who helped by coming so early and setting up and those that stayed late to take it all down and pack it up for next year.  Thank You!

 I want to say thank you to my team of people who work so hard to get lunch prepared and out to all the kids.  Let me just say this is a tough job to feed a crew this size.  Annette, Joey, Stephanie, and Chef Fred  who has helped out for the last six years, you guys were awesome as always.  Thank You! 

A special thank you to the guys and gals who hung out at the games watching over the kids to make sure they had a safe and fun time, and to the Ladies who passed out all the goodies to the children .  Thank you to the guys who constantly walked the pier assisting and answering questions and reminding the parents that it was a children's event, sometimes they have to be the bad guy.  Lets not forget to say thank you to the guys and gals out at the weigh station who assisted with bait and rigs.  Thank You!

Thank you to the staff of pier, it really does take all of us to make this work.  Some of you really go above and beyond to help with this event by putting in the extra hours and doing so many of the small things that go unnoticed.  Thank You!

I cannot forget to mention all the Sponsors who without them the tournament would not have been such a success.  With the help of local business and private donations the children are able to have t-shirts, lunch, bait, games, prizes, and trinkets galore.  Everything we collect goes back to the Children.  No donation is too small to make a difference to a child. If you know these people please remember to tell them how much the children enjoy the day and how their help leaves an everlasting memory.
